Super Bowl Party Spicy Guacamole

Boy...wasn't that an amazing game!! I cannot believe it Seattle, Washington... we are going to the Super Bowl ... again!! We really have an amazing 12th Man here, and hopefully most of the country will enjoy this match up in Arizona for 2015. We can only wait it out and see. 

I have two go-to recipes for Super Bowl 2015, and that's Buffalo Cauliflower, and also Spicy Guacamole! 

Having a fun Super Bowl Party... (Can I say #GoHawks ) I am hoping that's not a jinx. How about this Spicy Guacamole! 

Ingredients
6 large diced avocados
6 diced roma tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped white onion
3 diced serrano peppers (optional)
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1 1/4 cup corn
1 cup black beans
2 cups sliced black olives
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of salt

Directions:
1.5 drops cilantro essential oil (One drop is not enough, two is too much. Add one drop into a spoon and remove half the quantity with the tip of a napkin)
3 drops lime essential oil

Mix all ingredients together saving avocados for last. Chill 30 minutes and stir before serving.
